    Explore various self-massage and gentle yogic techniques such as breathwork and visualization to quiet the mind and loosen the body.

  • Nidra (Guided Relaxation)

    -

    Laying comfortably still with your eyes closed, you will be guided into one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintainting full consciousness.

  • Sound Bath

    Lay down, listen and absorb the angelic sound waves of the musical group Soundwave Symphony. Indigenous healing instruments will be used to awaken spirits, free minds, and revitalize bodies.

  • Back Massage with Tuneup Balls

    -

    Enjoy a self-massage using small rubber balls (an experience sometimes compared to foam rolling). Unlock soft tissue knots and increase blood flow to dehydrated muscle fibers of the back and neck. Massage may feel intense at times, but relieving afterward.

  • Gentle Somatic Yoga

    Unlock your body\'s response to stress with this gentle form of yoga done while laying down on a soft blanket. Reconnect with your body and mind and disconnect with tension through the contraction and releasing of muscles.

  • Lounge Time

All of my workshops were great. Yolanda was such a light, Nathan’s Tai Chi gave me so much to reflect upon, and Nicole’s art class was nurturing and safe (even though I felt nervous about doing something new).
